LED ZEPPELIN's JIMMY PAGE Donates Double Neck Guitar To Charity Event
March 13, 2008According to Gigwise.com, LED ZEPPELIN's Jimmy Page has donated an ultra-limited edition, iconic double-neck guitar to raise money for charity.
The auction, Childline Rocks, takes place at London's IndigO2 tonight (March 13),with the Jimmy Page Signature Double Neck EDS 1275 being one of the star lots on offer.
Also up for auction are guitars donated and signed by Noel Gallagher and STATUS QUO, tickets on the Flight 666 piloted by Bruce Dickinson for a trip to see IRON MAIDEN play live in Lisbon, a personal acoustic performance by THUNDER, a guitar signed by all the artists appearing at Childline Rocks and a plaque presented to Robert Plant of LED ZEPPELIN.
